Beebread, also known as Perga, is an extremely nourishing food made of raw honey and pollen that roughly simulates the beebread made by honeybees in the hive. The fermented pollen and raw honey are better to digest and the ingredients of the pollen are easier available to the metabolism. It has a pleasant sour-fruit-like aroma.
