What is Raw, Unprocessed Honey?

All our honey has never been heated or pasteurized so the enzymes are not destroyed. Store honey at room temperature. Raw honey will not spoil. All raw honey will eventually granulate. Simply place jar in warm water until the honey reliquefies.
